Support requests go to the PufferStack team. Please do not include payment card details, Shopify passwords, customer personal data, or other sensitive information in your message.

Requests to delete app data after uninstall or to ask how product, shop, and generated video data is handled.

What to include in support requests

  • Store domain, if relevant.
  • The product or render affected.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if useful.
  • Browser and device details.
  • For privacy requests, the request type and contact email.
