Uninstall PufferCut

Uninstall PufferCut from Shopify admin when you no longer want the app connected to your store. Before uninstalling, download any finished videos you still need.

Before uninstalling

Check:

• you have downloaded any videos you want to keep
• you know where published videos are used
• billing questions are resolved
• another staff member does not still need access

Uninstalling the app does not remove video files you already downloaded or used outside PufferCut.

How to uninstall

1. Open Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
3. Find PufferCut.
4. Choose the uninstall or delete action.
5. Confirm the Shopify uninstall prompt.

Shopify controls the exact wording and placement of uninstall actions in admin.

After uninstall

After uninstall, PufferCut loses app access to your store. Shopify sends app lifecycle events that help PufferCut stop access for that shop.

Some operational records may be retained for legal, billing, security, backup, or support reasons as described in the privacy policy.

Billing after uninstall

Uninstalling may cancel the active app subscription according to Shopify billing rules. Review Shopify billing if you have questions about a recent charge, active trial, or subscription status.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion or ask a privacy question, use the support page and include your store domain, request type, and follow-up email. Do not include payment card details or Shopify passwords.
