What to include

Include the details that match your issue:

  • store domain, such as example.myshopify.com
  • product name
  • render name or render time
  • selected template and format
  • the page where the issue happened
  • what you expected to happen
  • screenshot or short screen recording
  • browser and device details, if the issue is visual

Billing questions

For billing requests, include the plan or charge shown in Shopify and the date of the billing event. Do not send full payment card details.

Privacy or deletion requests

For privacy requests, include your store domain, request type, and the email address we should use for follow-up. Do not include customer personal data unless support specifically asks for the minimum information needed to process the request.
